Great Lakes RCAP offers helpful resources for financing projects, managing assets, and other needs for small communities. Documents may be downloaded on this page. Additional materials may be available by contacting RCAP staff at 800-775-9767.

National RCAP
Great Lakes RCAP is part of the Rural Community Assistance Partnership network. The national RCAP has put together a financial and managerial resource hub for small communities. This hub contains links to resources on 11 finance and management topics from RCAP, EPA, and other organizations. More information is available at the national RCAP website.
