GLCAP can help area homeless residents find stable housing. We can help you find a safe place to live, cover rent, access supportive services, develop a plan for self-sufficiency and meet other needs. We also offer special programs to meet the specific needs of homeless veterans and their families.
GLCAP provides assistance to help those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as those who need help with rental payments. Along with housing, GLCAP offers home visits, budgeting help, community support referrals, and other supportive services as needed.
GLCAP can assist residents of Erie, Huron, Ottawa, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, and Wood County.
To be eligible for housing assistance, participants must:
- Have proof of homelessness
- Be willing to come in for an eligibility appointment
- Be willing to follow program rules and regulations
Other guidelines may apply. Contact GLCAP for details.
