Please note: At this time, GLCAP is assisting individuals who are living on the street, in a vehicle, or in an emergency shelter, as well as veterans and young adults ages 18–24. Veterans and young adults ages 18–24 may also be eligible for assistance if they are behind on rent. After submitting your information via this form, your name will be added to a call list, and your call will be returned in the order it was received.
