GLCAP to submit CSBG plan

Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) will submit its plan for the use of Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds for fiscal year 2026-27 to the Ohio Department of Development. GLCAP will use the funds to provide services for senior citizens and low-income persons in Wood, Sandusky, Ottawa and Seneca Counties.

Copies of the plan are available for public review and comment at the following locations:

•    Fostoria Early Childhood Center, 801 Kirk Street, Fostoria
•    GLCAP Headquarters, 127 S. Front Street, Fremont
•    Jordan Family Development Center, 812 N. College Drive, Bowling Green
•    Sutton Center building, 1848 E Perry Street, Port Clinton

Comments should be mailed to Great Lakes Community Action Partnership, 127 S. Front St., Fremont, Ohio 43420, Attn: Cheryl Denny, or emailed to cadenny@glcap.org by Friday, Oct. 24, 2025. 

All comments will be kept on file and will be available for review at the offices in which they were filed.
