Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) Head Start has additional preschool openings available at its centers in Fostoria, Genoa and Port Clinton, as well as child care openings at Fremont’s Stricker Family Development Center. Families with children ages 3 to 5 are encouraged to inquire about available enrollment opportunities.

GLCAP Head Start serves families throughout Northwest Ohio, providing early childhood education and comprehensive services that help children learn, grow and prepare for kindergarten and beyond.
