Disinfection Overview and Hypochlorite Solutions

This training has been approved for 0.3 technical water CECs.
This lesson mentions the different types of disinfection methods available but is focused on disinfection by free chlorine and combined chlorine (chloramine). Topics include types of disinfection, chlorination, chloramination, and nitrification. We will also address how to safely handle and feed sodium hypochlorite.
Wastewater Plant Maintenance

This training covers the general maintenance needed for lift stations, headworks, mechanical & electrical systems, disinfection, and sludge handling.
