The Ohio Development Services Agency and Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) will help income-eligible Ohioans stay cool during the hot summer months. The Home Energy Assistance Summer Crisis Program provides eligible Ohioans assistance paying an electric bill or assistance paying for central air conditioning repairs, or paying for one window air conditioner. Online app makes registering for winter heating assistance easier

Winter heating help through the Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (EHEAP) is now easier to obtain by using an online scheduling system. Great Lakes Community Action Partnership’s EHEAP assistance will be available Nov. 1 for residents of Wood, Sandusky, Ottawa and Seneca counties.
